Overview
We provide doorstep service for registration of Leave and License Agreements in all districts falling under Mumbai and Mumbai Sub-Urban or under Talukas Mumbai, Andheri, Kurla and Borivali. Our executives will visit in person and do the execution of Agreement at Client side which includes Biometric Verification, Thumb Signing and Image capturing. For Residents in Mumbai District, Police Verification has to be done separately after your Leave and License Agreement gets Registered. We can do the same on customers part providing all necessary details are provided to us in desired format.
Charges and Time Frame
Minimum charges for registering a Leave and License Agreement in Urban Area is Rs 2100 which includes Rs 1000 Registration Fees, Rs 1000 Assistance Charges and Rs 100 towards minimum Stamp Duty. Stamp duty is the only variable component which is calculated based on monthly License Fee, Refundable Deposit and License Period. For Rural Area, the only difference in charges will be of Registration Fee which is Rs 500 only.
