Apart from serving the major cities in India, we do provide assistance to customers if either the Licensor or Licensee isn't living in the city in which Registration of Leave and Licnse Agreement is required. Our executives will visit the Licensor or the Licensee in person and will carry out the Biometrics of parties. This benefits both the Govt. and the parties which ultimately boosts the online Registration process. A lot of Licensors residing in different parts of the world have properties in Maharashtra that are let out on renting. Most of these are eager to register their Leave and License Agreements but cannot execute at the rented property due to busy work schedule.

Charges and Time Frame
The charges for Distant Registration depends upon the area or city in which customer is residing. Normally the charges range from Rs 3000 to Rs 5500 depending upon location of party and usually the time taken for execution is 3-4 days
